My Name is Tanya, and I am a 44-year-old mother of two wonderful kids. I began my Journey in 2012 when I was at my top weight of 398 lbs, and in 2018 I reached my goal of 160 lbs. I spent many years in the gym. I also adopted a healthier diet.
I then decided to help other women feel as good about themselves as I do. I am a Personal Trainer and Certified nutrition coach specializing in women's health.
I also have specialist certifications in behavior change and weight loss.

I offer a customized meal plan tailored to your specific diet needs. I will track your diet and watch with you to help keep you on track with your goals. Along with a diet plan you will be fully assessed and given an exercise plan tailored to your needs and wants. I will come to your home when it is convenient for you on each appointment to workout with you bringing the tools needed for that day.

Prices and Services
FITT over 40 Fitness is a home-based Personal Fitness program. I bring my tools and an extra set for my client so we can workout together as we are in this together.
My services are always 1 on 1 unless you feel otherwise. Prices are based on the client's needs and yes, we do accept payment plans.
